HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders must be placed via our website using the Shop button. Simply add the products you would like to purchase to your cart and check-out!
DO YOU DELIVER TO ME?
We currently deliver to the Greater Montreal Area.
WHICH DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
Orders are delivered Monday through Sunday.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
We need a MINIMUM notice of 72 hours per order.
CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
At the moment all orders must be delivered. We do not offer a pick-up method.
WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?
Although we cannot provide an exact time that the order will be delivered, we plan to have your orders delivered within the 10AM and 5PM timeframe but on occasion there may be delays which are out of our control.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
Since we cannot provide an exact time that the order will be delivered, Boîte de Joie cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one present to accept the delivery. We highly recommend delivering to an address where you know someone will be present to accept the delivery.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN YOU SEND IT TO THE RECIPIENT?
Absolutely! During the check-out process, make sure you write the recipient's shipping information instead of yours if you want us to deliver it directly to their address. Before check-out, you may also add a gift note in the notes section (where you enter your preferred delivery date) and we'll make sure to include a complimentary gift tag.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Boîte de Joie will not accept responsibility for incorrect information provided. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us ASAP.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
Shipping Fee in Quebec is flat rate of $15.
